Milstead Car Care was an excellent company to do business with. They are very attentive and address you personally when you go in, so you’re not just a number – which is impressive. They were very prompt and presented me with all the repair recommendations and options for my car. What I really liked was that they offered a rental car so that if your car has to be in the shop all day you can rent a car right there from them, which is really convenient and that’s not something that everyone offers. Plus, they had cleaned my car when I came to pick it up, which is just one example of how they are always accommodating and go the extra mile. Moreover, Milstead Car Care is very community-minded. The fact that they generously support many local charitable causes is important to me because I do business in my local community.

Service Manager Ben has been phenomenal. I truly feel I have found someone that really cares about my car, just as they would for their own family. They take the customer’s concerns into heartfelt consideration and work to resolve them. Their service is at the utmost level.

Gene doesn’t just fix a problem, he goes over everything to make sure he fixes whatever else BEFORE it becomes a problem. That’s the kind of treatment I feel they’d give their own wife, mother, daughter or sister. They go the extra mile in ways they don’t have to, and that means a lot.
I used to jump back and forth to places that wouldn’t fix it right and I’d end up wasting money, but Milstead does it right. I have to keep moving, and they take care of me. I can’t think of going to anyplace else. No one would ever go wrong in using Milstead.
