Milstead Car Care has proudly earned a “100% AAA Rated Repair Facility Award.” Our AAA published Customer Service Index Score of 100% – year after year – reflects our commitment to providing superior customer service, giving honest advice, and repairing vehicles correctly the first time.

Milstead Care Care is a member of the Better Business Bureau and the ATI group of leaders in the auto industry which promotes excellence in car care and training to customers.

We are designated as a AAA Texas Approved Auto Repair facility, and we are ASE certified (Automotive Service Excellence).

Additionally, we are members of the Greater Conroe/Lake Conroe Area Chamber of Commerce, of which Mark Milstead serves on the board of directors.
